WHAT IS PARTNERS IN PAINT?

 

Partners In Paint is a community education program developed by Councilmember Dave Lopez as a graffiti abatement tool for the City of Modesto.

 

The program is dedicated to raising awareness about the harmful effects of graffiti vandalism on communities.

  • Graffiti cleanup takes a large chunk out of municipal budgets.
    The City of Modesto spends over a half million dollars a year fighting graffiti.
  • Graffiti is the most common type of property vandalism.
